CONGRATULATIONS
Varsity and JV Girls' BASKETBALL vs. Londonderry
The varsity bulldogs battled through to beat the two-time defending state champions.  The Bulldogs only shot 29% from the floor, but played relentless defense to keep the Lancers in check until Bedford could find its scoring touch.  Down by 7 midway through the 3rd quarter, the hard work paid off and the Bulldogs earned the win.  Bedford was led by Bri Purcell, Jenoyce Laniyan, and Maddie Blake with 7 points a piece.  Aly Fillion had 6.  While she was constantly shadowed on offense and only scored 4 points, Nikki Tucci played great defense and led our rebounders with 8.

WRESTLING Tourney @ Hollis Brookline
The wrestling team competed in the Nor'Easter Tournament in Hollis on Saturday.   The bulldogs had one champion - senior captain Bobby Heald at 285lbs.  Heald recorded his 100th career win early in the day.  Bedford got two 3rd place finishes from freshman AJ Pagliarulo at 120lbs and junior Victor Plante at 138lbs.

Varsity ICE HOCKEY vs.  Pinkerton
The Varsity hockey team played their first game against Pinkerton Academy at the Ice Den in Hooksett on Saturday night.  The Bulldogs took an early lead with a first period goal by Griffin Gagne.  The Bulldogs had a great second period by netting another 3 goals, 2 by Colin Voloshin and the other by Sean McGadden.  The third period was dominated by Bedford with goals from Gagne, Nate John and Jay Roberto.  Alex Lindberg turned away 11 shots.

JV Boys' BASKETBALL vs. Londonderry
Solid start to the season with strong contribution from all 14 players.  After a shaky 3rd quarter, the team’s full-court pressure defense build a solid lead to secure the win.  Max Chartier scored 11 and Nolan Anderson added 8.

Freshman Boys' BASKETBALL vs. Londonderry and Nashua North
