BASEBALL vs. Pinkerton
Varsity Bulldogs took advantage of a Pinkerton throwing error in the 4th inning to take a 4-1 lead. Cooper Anibal provided an rbi single in the 1st scoring Grant Lavigne, and Connor Collins rbi single in the 4th drew the error that gave Bedford the lead. A 4th inning sacrifice fly by Connor Lee ended up being the game winner. Jon Polichetti threw six strong innings of 3 hit baseball striking out 8, while Connor Lee picked up his 5th win of the season throwing a complete game allowing 7 hits, 2 earned runs, and striking out 5. Pinkerton down 4-2 entering the 7th had 2nd and 3rd no outs, but the Bulldogs were able to hold on with a strike out and fly out to end the game.
JV players Tim saltzman and Evan Schwartz threw well for bedford in the win. Clutch hits by Ryan Lee and Nick Mokas were key in the big fourth inning.

GREAT EFFORT

Freshman BASEBALL vs. Nashua North
Blake Murray (5 inn) and Thomas Morgan (1 inn) combined on the mound to give up 6 hits, while walking 8 and striking out 3.  While our bats went cold, our defense picked up the slack by successfully throwing 3 players out at the plate.  The combination of Connor O’Connell to Ben Lachapelle to Kyle Goldberg got the first.  The combination of Connor Fulton to Christian Bourgeois to Goldberg got the second.  And the combination of Jack Gunning to Lachapelle nabbed the third.

JV SOFTBALL vs. Pinkerton
Haley Allen had a grand slam home run. Erin Beaudoin made key catches in centerfield.
