Athletes cannot try-out, practice, and/or participate in any BHS sport without a current physical. Physical exams provided by a physician are valid for two years based on the actual date of the physical exam. Physicals provided with athletic sign-up paperwork and/or that are on file in the Athletic Department must cover the entire timeframe of the current season in which sport participation occurs. Please Note: Athletes shall provide the Athletic Department a current copy of physical exam separate from the Nurse’s Office.
In preparation to for the Winter Sports season Eric Gelinas, our Athletic Trainer with Safe Sports Network is offering an option for BHS Winter Athletes (except Indoor Track) to take their mandatory C3logix test, which is the balance test portion that is additionally required now for athletes to take. Athletes that participated last Spring (except Outdoor Track) and who are participating in sports this Fall (except Cross Country) have already taken their balance test do not need to sign up.
